Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 7 March 2025, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 March 2025, Notice No. 2025-ln1346, by replacing reference to:

“sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3)”

in the recital with

“section 117(7)”,

and replacing

“to be amalgamated with the land”

with

“to be added to the land”,

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
