Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Phillip Anderson, Land Information New Zealand:

1. pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in Kaipara District Council;
2. pursuant to sections 119 and 120(3), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and vested and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA137C/962, subject to Encumbrance D657333.2 and Mortgage 13076512.1;
3. pursuant to sections 119 and 120(3), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and vested and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA1825/97;
4. pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3) and 120(3), vested and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA137C/962, subject to Encumbrance D657333.2 and Mortgage 13076512.1; and
5. pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3) and 120(3), vested and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA1825/97

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
