Under the Reserves Act 1977 and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the undersigned, hereby revokes the appointment of the Scout Association of New Zealand to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule below; and changes the purpose of the reserve from a site for a scout hall to a community building and further appoints Picton’s Arapawa Boxing Gym Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve.
