Pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, and by delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Palmerston North City Council, by resolution dated 18 December 2023, classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule as a Local Purpose (Community) Reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
