Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Tyler Matthews, Land Information New Zealand, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

1. the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is declared road (accessway) pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981 and shall vest in the Invercargill City Council; and
2. the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is taken for Recreation Reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in the Invercargill City Council, as an addition to the existing reserve comprised in Record of Title SLB2/458;

from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
