Pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares the stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 1010644 subject to Mortgages 11470321.9 and 11470321.10, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
