Land Declared Road and Road to be Stopped and Vested—Domain Road, Waihi, Hauraki District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information Phillip Anderson, Land Information New Zealand:

pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be Road and shall vest in Hauraki District Council;
pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3) and 120(3), vested and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title SA31D/452, subject to Mortgage 10092628.5; and
pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3) and 120(3), vested and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title SA5D/938, subject to Mortgage 10092628.5

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
