Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares

  1. the portions of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped pursuant to section 116 and pursuant to section 52, to be set apart for Railway Purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown and;
  2. pursuant to section 114, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Crown

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
