Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sophie Watkins Goossens, Land Information New Zealand declares that:

1. Pursuant to section 114 the land in the First Schedule is declared road, which shall vest in the Whangarei District Council; and
2. Pursuant to section 119 the land in the Second Schedule is declared to be taken as severance and vested in Taurikura Farms Limited and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA1011/286; and
3. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 the portion of road described in the Third schedule is to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA2D/610 subject to Mortgage 8133867.4; and
4. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 the portion of road described in the Fourth schedule is to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA1011/286

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
