Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Western Bay of Plenty District Council, by resolution (Resolution CL25-1.10 dated 18 February 2025), declares the lands described in the Schedule, to be a recreation reserve, deemed to be classified under section 16(2) of the Reserves Act 1977.
