Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

1. Pursuant to section 114 declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be declared road and to be vested in the South Waikato District Council.
2. Pursuant to section 114 declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be declared road and to remain vested in the South Waikato District Council.
3. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3)(a) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3) of the Act amalgamated, subject to existing encumbrances with the land held in Record of Title SA1276/78.
4. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3) of the Act amalgamated, subject to existing encumbrances with the land held in Record of Title SA2D/1409, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
