Land Declared Road and Land Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road—State Highway 1, Wellington Northern Corridor (Peka Peka to Otaki Expressway) – 291 Main Highway, Otaki, Kapiti Coast District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Susie Alvarez, Land Information New Zealand;

Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Crown;
Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (stormwater treatment pond) and shall remain vested in the Crown;
Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown;

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
