Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand declares that pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3) of the Act, the stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice is to be vested and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 901660 subject to Mortgage 5336513.1 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
