Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sophie Watkins Goossens, Land Information New Zealand:

1. pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and pursuant to section 117(7) added to the reserve land in Record of Title 526852; and
2. pursuant to sections 116 and 118(1)(a) declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped, remain vested in the Stratford District Council as an esplanade reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977;

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
