Authorisation of Exchange of Parts of a Reserve for Other Land
Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager, Department of Conservation, Auckland District, authorises the exchange of the reserve areas described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
