Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Christchurch City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 12 September 2024, gives notice that:

1. Under section 16(2A), the land described in the below schedule is hereby classified as a recreation reserve and
2. Under section 16(10), the land described in the below schedule is hereby named Little Poland Park.
