Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sophie Watkins Goossens, Land Information New Zealand:

  1. Pursuant to section 20 declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having being entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for the use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown,
  2. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Crown,
  3. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Kapiti Coast District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette,
  4. Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (stormwater treatment pond),
  5. Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be set apart for railway purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown,

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
