Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for water supply purposes and shall vest in Watercare Services Limited together with an appurtenant right of way to the part formerly Lot 2 DP 197431 over area marked “A” on SO 610783 specified in Easement Certificate 5304167.6 and an appurtenant right of way to the part formerly Lot 2 DP 197431 over area marked “C” on DP 479892 created by Transfer 5304167.8 and subject to a right of way over part marked “B” on SO 610783 created by Transfer 5304167.9, subject to Conservation Covenant 5304167.10 to the part formerly Lot 2 DP 197431 pursuant to section 77 of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to a water supply right over part marked “C” on SO 610783 created by Easement Instrument 8503746.3, subject to a right of way and right to convey water, electricity and telecommunications over part marked “B” and “P” on SO 610783 created by Easement Instrument 11682133.16, subject to a right in gross in favour of Counties Power Limited to convey electricity over part marked “H” on SO 610783 created by Transfer 11682133.17 and subject to a land covenant in gross in favour of Clearspan Property Assets Limited created by Covenant Instrument 11682133.23 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
