Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and pursuant to sections 50 and 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Rebekah McCrae, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for wastewater purposes, and that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, shall vest in Watercare Services Limited subject to an electricity supply and cable easement in gross over part marked “B” on SO 564093 in favour of Vector Limited created by Easement Instrument 7813898.2, subject to a right to convey electricity in gross over part marked “A” on SO 564093 in favour of Vector Limited and Transpower New Zealand Limited in shares created by Transfer 9568950.3 and subject to a right to convey electricity in gross over part marked “B” on SO 564093 in favour of Vector Limited and Transpower New Zealand Limited in shares created by Transfer 9568950.4 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
