Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand declares, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for flood mitigation purposes, subject to, Easement Instruments 764824 and 767117.1. It shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
