Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Pursuant to section 27(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 (“Act”)

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies (“Registrar”) has, following the dissolution by the Registrar on 18 August 2021 of the above-named society, directed pursuant to section 27 of the Act, that the surplus assets of the society, held in a bank account, be vested in the following Beneficiaries in the stated amounts:

Beneficiary 1 means – 42.5% of the Surplus Assets to Youth Glide NZ Incorporated (2573381).

Beneficiary 2 means – 57.5% of the Surplus Assets to Walsh Aviation Support Society Incorporated (2661471).

This direction shall become final on 31 August 2025. No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
