Notice to Creditors and Other Claimants

In the estate of Valerie Ann Nimmo of Auckland, Retired, deceased, who died at Auckland on 2 May 2023.

Pursuant to section 79 of the Trusts Act 2019, all creditors and other persons having claims to which that section applies in connection with the estate of Valerie Ann Nimmo of Auckland, retired, who died on 2 May 2023 must send their claims to the executor on or before 14 December 2025.

After that date, the estate may be administrated or distributed having regard only to the claims that have been received.

The executor will not be liable for any claims that were not received when the estate is administrated or distributed.
