Notice to Creditors and Other Claimants

In the Estate of Helen Wong-Len of Auckland, retired, deceased, who died at Auckland on 1 August 2025.

Pursuant to section 79 of the Trusts Act 2019 the executors of the Estate of Helen Wong-Len give notice that all persons having claims against the estate are required to send details of their claims to the offices of Galbraiths Lawyers Limited (Attention: Kim Beange), Units 1–3 Fencible Chambers, 4 Fencible Drive, Howick, Auckland 2014, on or before 19 October 2025.

After that date the trustees of the estate may administer or distribute the estate having regard only to claims received.
