Under the provisions of Clause 23 of the Pork Industry Board Regulations 1999, notice is hereby given of the forthcoming election for one producer representative Director in Region 3 on the New Zealand Pork Industry Board for the period until 31 July 2028.

New Zealand Pork is now calling for nominations.

Registered producers wishing to make a nomination have until 12.00pm (noon) on 25 September 2025 to submit their nomination.

To nominate and second a director, a farmer must be registered for the region in which the election is taking place; however, the person being nominated does not need to reside in that region, nor do they need to be a farmer.

The roll for eligible voters will be available for inspection from 3 October 2025 until 10 October 2025 at the office of the New Zealand Pork Industry Board, Unit 2A / 9 Sir Gil Simpson Drive, Burnside, Christchurch.

The closing date for receipt of voting papers is 12.00pm (noon) on 24 October 2025 and the results will be sent out on 27 October 2025.
