I, Tim King extend the local transition period over the area of Tasman District Council owing to the effects of the severe weather events in June 2025 and July 2025.

This extension of the transition period:

1. comes into force immediately before 4.47pm on Thursday, 14 August 2025, which is when the current transition period ends,
2. is in force for 28 days,
3. ends at 4.47pm on Thursday, 11 September 2025, unless terminated or further extended earlier.
