Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. John Warren Forsyth, of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto; and
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule of Property

A stratum estate in freehold as to an undivided 1/51 share within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 2010 in a timeshare apartment building known as Club Paihia, situated at 67 Williams Road, Paihia 0200 and ordinarily known as Unit 2F Week 52 – Studio. More particularly described as Unit 2F and Accessory Unit 25 and 1/2 share in Accessory Unit 115 and 1/4 share in Accessory Unit 117 and 1/8 share in Accessory Unit 2 and 1/8 share in Accessory Unit 113 and 7/40 share in Accessory Unit 114 Deposited Plan 103950 for a term of 999 years as from and including 1 September 1986 in timeshare week number 52 and being Identifier number NA64D/75 Computer Unit Title Register (North Auckland Land Registry).
