This notice is issued by Gas Industry Company Limited (“Gas Industry Co”) approved as the industry body by Order in Council under section 43ZL of the Gas Act 1992 (“Act”).

Pursuant to section 43ZV of the Act, Gas Industry Co gives notice that it has issued its Statement of Intent for the financial years ending 30 June 2026 to 2028.
