Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 December 2023, which was granted under those regulations to Bell Rd Childcare Limited, in respect of Just Kidz Beachlands (48145) situated at 17A Bell Road, Beachlands, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
