Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(ii) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 September 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Shamsyn Company Limited, in respect of Ako Homebased Care & Education Services Auckland (46115) situated at 57 Finlayson Avenue, Clendon Park, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
