Pursuant to section 170(2) of the Education and Training Act 2020 and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I invalidate the irregularity in connection with the election of the staff representative for the Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Ngāti Kahungunu ki Heretaunga (2445) Board held in September 2025.

The result from the election held on 4 December 2025 remains valid.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
