Pursuant to section 184(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 2023, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I give notice that, further to an application received from Air New Zealand Limited, I have varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by the airline in order that it can:

• increase own-aircraft capacity to Denpasar, Indonesia to up to 12 return services per week;
• commence code-share services to Hungary and Iceland; and
• code-share to all points in Spain.

The variations took effect on 15 December 2025.
