Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) and Schedule 5, clause 1(1) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for Trade and Investment has appointed to the Invest New Zealand Board (“Board”):

Rob Morrison, of Palmerston North;

as a member and Chair of the Board for a term commencing on 27 December 2025 and expiring on 26 December 2028;

Carmel Fisher, of Auckland;

as a member and Deputy Chair of the Board for a term commencing on 2 December 2025 and ending on 1 December 2028;

David Tapsell, of Waikato;

Mary MacLeod, of Hong Kong;

Ross George, of Auckland; and

Richard Hedley, of Australia

as members of the Board for a term commencing on 2 December 2025 and ending on 1 December 2028.
