Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) and Schedule 5(1)(1) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for Trade and Investment and the Minister for Economic Growth, have appointed to the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Board:

Sarah Paterson, of Wellington

as a member and Deputy Chair, for a term commencing on 15 December 2025 and ending on 14 June 2027;

Errol Clark, of Wellington,

as a member for a term commencing on 15 December 2025 and ending on 14 December 2028; and as Deputy Chair for a term commencing on 15 June 2027 and ending on 14 December 2028;

Deborah Shepherd, of Auckland

as a member, for a term commencing on 15 December 2025 and ending on 14 June 2027;

Simmon Limmer, of Bay of Plenty

as a member, for a term commencing on 15 December 2025 and ending on 14 December 2028; and

Matanuku Mahuika, of Gisborne

as a member, for a term commencing on 16 January 2026 and ending on 15 January 2029.
