Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed:

Aaron Hockly-Holdich of Auckland, and

Simone Robbers of Wellington

as members of the External Reporting Board, for terms commencing on 8 December 2025 and expiring on 7 December 2030.
