Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Witherlea School (3075) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 November 2024, Notice No. 2024-go6037).

This notice takes effect on the 17th day of December 2025.
