Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Heretaunga College (251) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 October 2023, Notice No. 2023-go4718).

This notice takes effect on 12 December 2025.
