Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Audrey Sonerson, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 12 September 2025:

1. This notice shall be read together with the Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 20 March 2025, Notice No. 2025-go1576).
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Central Regional Forensic Mental Health Service”

1. by omitting the name and title
   “Dr Jackie Short, psychiatrist, of Wellington”

2. and substituting the name and title
   “Dr Blair Leslie, consultant psychiatrist, of Wellington”.
