Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Audrey Sonerson, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 28 December 2025:

1. This notice shall be read together with the Amending a Notice—Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 26 June 2025, Notice No. 2025-go3469).
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Tairāwhiti”
   1. by omitting the name and title
      “Anne Prince, registered nurse, of Tairāwhiti”
   2. and substituting the name and title
      “Dr Marcel Hediger, consultant psychiatrist, of Tairāwhiti”.
