Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Kaihu Valley School (1020) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 November 2024, Notice No. 2024-go5998).

This notice takes effect on 8 December 2025.
