Pursuant to section 27 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 2021, this notice confirms that the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed:

Rodger John Finlay

as Chair of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Board from 1 December 2025 up to 30 June 2027; and

Rhiannon Aimee McKinnon

as a member of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Board from 1 December 2025 up to 30 November 2030.
