Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 26 November 2024, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to sections 242(1)(e) and 244 of the Act, that Justine Mary King be suspended from practice as a barrister or solicitor for four months, commencing 28 November 2024.
