Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 6 August 2014, which was granted under those regulations to He Whānau Manaaki o Tararua Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated, in respect of Etu Ao – Saeala (45926) situated at 211 Main Road, Tawa, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
