The following Ministerial Directions to Callaghan Innovation are revoked, pursuant to section 103 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, with effect from 1 December 2025:

1. New Zealand Gazette, 26 June 2020, Notice No. 2020-go2811 and New Zealand Gazette, 27 August 2020, Notice No. 2020-go3947 Direction to Callaghan Innovation—Administration of a Short-Term Loan Scheme to Support R&D-Performing Businesses in Response to the COVID-19 Crisis (R&D Loan Scheme).
2. New Zealand Gazette, 18 January 2022, Notice No. 2022-go156 Direction to Callaghan Innovation—Administration of the Founder Incubator and Accelerator Programme (Startup and Founder support).
3. New Zealand Gazette, 18 August 2022, Notice No. 2022-go3476 and Corrigendum, New Zealand Gazette, 19 August 2022, Notice No. 2022-go 3520 Direction to Callaghan Innovation—Administration of the New to R&D Grant.
4. New Zealand Gazette, 16 November 2022, Notice No. 2022-go4747 Direction to Callaghan Innovation—Administration of the Ārohia / Innovation Trailblazer Grant.
5. New Zealand Gazette, 27 June 2023, Notice No. 2023-go2644 Direction to Callaghan Innovation—Administration of R&D Student Grants.

To avoid doubt, this revocation applies only to the Ministerial Directions described above and does not reinstate any Direction previously revoked.
