Under clause 9 of Schedule 6 of the Education and Training Act 2020, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement to increase the maximum roll has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of His Majesty The King in right of New Zealand, acting through the Acting Hautū, Te Mahau, Te Tai Runga, Ministry of Education pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Theresa’s School (3025)

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 20 November 2025.
