Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Waihola District School (3850) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 October 2024, Notice No. 2024-go5094).

This notice takes effect on 25 November 2025.
