Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 September 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Rockmybaby Homebased Childcare Limited, in respect of Rockmybaby Homebased Childcare (46240) situated at 10 Cardigan Street, Western Springs, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
