Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 September 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Rockmybaby Homebased Childcare Limited, in respect of Rockmybaby Homebased Auckland S1 (47004) situated at Unit F, 4 Donnelly Street, Hastings.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
