Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 April 2024, which was granted under those regulations to North East Valley Baptist Community Trust, in respect of North East Valley Baptist Community Centre (47419) situated at 270 North Road, North East Valley, Dunedin.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
