Pursuant to section 344(1)(2) and schedule 3(22) of the Building Act 2004, the Minister for Building and Construction has appointed to the Building Practitioners Board:

Faye Pearson-Green, of Carterton

as a member and Deputy Chair for a term commencing on 21 November 2025 and expiring on 20 November 2028, and

Graham Anderson, of Christchurch

as a member for a term commencing on 1 February 2026 and expiring on 31 January 2029, and

Shane Hammond, of Selwyn

as a member for a term commencing on 3 November 2025 and expiring on 2 November 2030.
