I, Marion Louise Hagyard, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 7 November 2025, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993, by virtue of the removal of Hyndman Holdings Limited from the Register of Companies on 27 September 2019, with resource consent No. CRC110487 issued by the Canterbury Regional Council in relation to a property at Purchas Road, Glasnevin.
